As a service provider, we are responsible according to § 7 Para.1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider, we are not, however, obliged to monitor third-party information that has been transferred or stored nor to research circumstances that indicate illegal activities.
Obligations to remove information or block its usage in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this.
